Ordering

There are a number of ways you can find the product you are looking for on the website. You can go to a product category from the homepage, click on a featured product image or search the catalogue by entering a product name or detail. The search engine on our site is specifically designed to allow you to get what you want as quickly as possible. After placing your order you will receive an email to confirm receipt of your purchase and we will aim to despatch your order within 48 hours. If you require any advice or assistance, our dedicated customer services team are here to help you in the ordering process. Please contact us and a member of our team will be happy to assist you at each stage of your purchase and beyond. If you have a query regarding an existing order, please keep your order details to hand and we will assist you as efficiently as possible.

Payment, Pricing and Promotions

Kilts and Cashmere of Scotland accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Solo, Visa Electron, Maestro Switch, as well as Paypal. We do not currently accept wire transfers, smart cards or cheques. For more information about payment methods you can consult our customer services team for assistance. Also there are many great discounts and promotional offers available on our site, why not take advantage and place your order during the specified promotion period. Free shipping is also occasionally available for specific products and this will be indicated on the relevant product detail pages. Please note that we reserve the right to alter our company policies and it is your responsibility to read and familiarise yourself with these although this does not affect or diminish your legal rights.

Viewing Orders

Whilst you are browsing the website for purchases you can add the products that you would like to buy to your cart. The ‘My Cart’ feature helps you to see the items you intend to buy before you purchase them. You can review your order details by clicking on this icon in the top right hand corner of the homepage. This allows you to see details including products, prices and delivery information and you can check that this is correct before you place your order. Once you are happy that the details are correct you should click ‘Proceed with Order’ and complete the final stage of your purchase that is the checkout stage. Here you should enter details including billing and shipping information in order to complete your purchase.

Updating Account Information

We are committed to preserving the security of your information, and will not share your private details with anyone except under very limited circumstances described in our Privacy and Security Policy. As a result you can correct or update your account information at any time by logging on to our site and navigating through your account settings. Simply click on the relevant details you would like to change i.e. email, name, password, billing or shipping address and edit.
