Found in 2009, HOUSE OF CASHMERE is our small close knit family run business dedicated to upholding the noble traditions of Scotland and its long heritage. Based in Scotland, with stores in Glasgow, Edinburgh, St Andrews, we provide a range of top quality merchandise, specialising in the

finest quality of cashmere. Furthermore, we strive to ensure that all our products are made in Scotland. This is both to ensure a standard of excellence in our products, and to adair to our most important Made In Scotland Ethos, supporting years of traditions and craftsmanship.

Our passion for quality and our firm grounding in the imagery and legacy of Scotland as a nation are what drive us, imbuing our goods with a true sense of authenticity. Within them, you can see and feel a connection to the heart and soul of Scotland.

From the battered but beautiful shores of the west coast and the cold peaks of the Highlands, to the serene Glens and Lochs found all across the country, we draw inspiration from all the breath-taking sights this beautiful land has to offer, and hope to share that feeling with our customers.

As part of our dedication to quality, all items we stock is handmade, or handwoven in Scotland. As such, our products come from some of the most respected names in the country. We have a wide range of items from Bronte by Design, who have been producing high quality materials since

1837 as well as the world renowned Johnston’s of Elgin, first established in 1797. In addition, we are an official Lochcarron Of Scotland stockist who are the leading manufacturer of tartan, stocking exclusive tartan ranges such as Ryder Cup, Scottish Ballet, Help For Heores Tartan, also to add

to our endless list of companies such as Heathegems and Art Pewter, who also produce a distinctly Scottish range of textiles and other merchandise.We provide products in a range of materials, including Arran Wool, produced on the Isle of Arran,

and Harris Tweed, which can only be made on the Isle of Harris, under authority of law. If you’re looking for a particular tartan, be it the Clan of an ancient ancestor or simply one that you like the look of, we can provide a range of items, from scarves and stoles to hats, wallets, purses, handbags and much more. We are also proud to be the official, exclusive stockist of Lochcarron’s Ryder Cup tartan, created for the world famous golf tournament, and the Princess Diana Memorial tartan, designed by Lochcarron in honour of the late Princess of Wales.
